Ukraine and the Russian invasion, 2022-24

The other fast food companies (not to laud them or anything) seem to have effectively backed out. McDonalds is now famously Tasty Period.

they left major site in Russia and they got rebranded by sticking labels over old McDonald stock like sauces and food packaging look up pictures on the web. plus MC Donald's going to russian had some political history seen as opening up to the guess the government got involved to ensure that changed

800 russian burger kings have said get too fuck we still operating. yum brand who ran kfc franchises in Russia sold them off to local business owners

pulling out of the country where you have limited recourse on your copy right is hard to do

come if you can have Tennessee fried chicken two doors down on the same high street as kfc here

good luck to them in Russia

Also....would troops be sent into a war zone that had been hit with nuclear bombs?

I don't think so.
Of course they would. If only to provide humanitarian aid and rescue people. If it was an airburst it wouldn't even be particularly dangerous.
