At the moment, in Ukraine, never. I cannot find a streetview (the ones done by google) later than 2021. Most stuff predates this by 5-10 years.

But there are also photospheres. These are pics taken by Joe Public. There are thousands. However, again, a quick search around Kharkiv and Donetsk reveals only the same - very old photospheres.

If you want to take a guess and tell me where you think these pics in Ukraine might be (near front lines etc) I'll take another look. But it will definitely be a photosphere, not the work of google.

And that picture of a tank is only illustrative. It is not a google maps picture.
