Doesn't really matter what the end of this sentence is, it's clearly wrong. Voting for Braverman is not the behaviour of anyone with the capacity to feel joy.

He was elected to do a job that involves swearing the oath so he should just do what the electorate voted for him to do. Many of those people value the monarchy and it is arrogant of him to decide he knows better. But I don't suppose you care about what is of value to ordinary people.

Orange = 0 to 5% increase in vote share, so could be hardly any increase in strength and, given the national swing, poor by comparison.
