I think doing business in Russian might be acceptable, I assume there are products we might still want to sell to Russia even during a conflict.

limited their business in the country in response to its invasion of Ukraine. News reports have said it suspended the supply of its personal-care products in Russia. But it's not clear what range of products they'll be offering, there was no mention whether they'll make a profit in Russia.

Of course one of the reasons they're still doing buisness in Russia is perhaps to keep their brand alive for the day when sanctions are lifted.
