2014 Elections: Urban Exit Poll

Who did you vote for in the 2014 European and Local Elections?

  • Total voters
    165
  • Poll closed .
No Lib Dem voters - or at least none who will admit it. I bet that five years ago a poll like this would have had them on at least 20%.

so i went along to see if there was anyone i could vote for.

in the councils, nada, all racists or neo-liberals. so that was a crudely-drawn cock.

in the euro elections i considered voting for the people who want to fight for the NHS, but couldn't really see how they'd do it from brussells. so i voted no2eu as the token socialists.

Specifically they're standing in the euros to fight the us/eu free trade agreement thats being sneaked through atm, which will be v. Bad for the NHS if it happens in its current form.

I haven't voted yet but have decided, locals Labour I only have a choice of LD (all three incumbents), Labour and Greens.Looking at last result Greens have no chance so voting Labour in the probably forlorn hope of outing LD.This Southwark so labour are a bunch of cunts as well.
Euro,Greens don't particularly like them but need must.

Genuinely didn't know whether to begrudgingly vote Green or Labour in the Euros. Voted Green in the end, figuring I would save my begrudging Labour vote for the national elections.

Poor Voter on Election Day
John Greenleaf Whittier (1852)

The proudest now is but my peer,
The highest not more high;
To-day, of all the weary year,
A king of men am I.
To-day alike are great and small,
The nameless and the known
My palace is the people’s hall,
The ballot-box my throne!...

If only.
