2014 Elections: Urban Exit Poll

Who did you vote for in the 2014 European and Local Elections?

  • Total voters
    165
  • Poll closed .
Poor showing in Scotland from the SNP so far, only holding their vote, given the independence debate, and a good show from Labour (up 5% despite UKIP). The Lib Dems lost 5%. Surprising that the Tories held their vote. UKIP might just squeeze a MEP.

Still the Western Isles to come, of course.

Greens unseat lib dems in the SW in the euro election. I'm glad my vote counted for something doubly positive :-D

Had I been back home in the SW I would've voted Green I reckon, up here it woudn't have made a blind bit of difference who I voted for in the local or EU elections so I saved myself the shoe leather.

I'm not saying he isn't a dick, just not sure why they've gone to such trouble over him!
Back in 2012, Ray fired some workers from one of his many businesses for union organising, then smeared them for stealing from said business. He then said (in a public meeting) that he was selling that particular business (a cafe), but that he'd agreed with the new owners that people would keep their jobs. Turns out this was bullshit; he'd done nothing of the kind.

Let's just say that people have been keeping tabs on Ray and his various activities since then. :)
