Been wondering what they do with all the ballot boxes between elections, as there must be many thousands of them in the UK. Maybe they live in a warehouse somewhere and are dispatched around the country at election time, or used at village fetes for tombolas and stuff.

"...better grammar than me" is acceptable. So is "...better grammar than I have". But "better grammar than I" is just weird.cfu

"...better grammar than me" is acceptable. So is "...better grammar than I have". But "better grammar than I" is just weird.
To labour the point, which worksbestbetter? "Better grammar than us" or "better grammar than we"?
The verb, to have, is at the beginning: it’s OK for a verb to have two subjects. Both “you” and “I” have a relationship with the object, grammar, and we are discussing our relative relationships with it."...better grammar than me" is acceptable. So is "...better grammar than I have". But "better grammar than I" is just weird.
That's one of the candidates

Both “you” and “I” have a relationship with the object, grammar, and we are discussing our relative relationships with it.
