Six Nations 2023

think ever team should of learnt by now after all the deliberate targeting of sexton over the years
do it cleanly or don't bother
Every team should know that he's the world's greatest play acting fuck, yes.

I hate Sexton

as a welsh fan i'd hate him to

but even with the link you posted an old head taking advantage of a inadvertent knee contact to the head is understandable

Williams still tried to milk the fuck out of the clash after the charge down

Sexton is a play acting fuck. He's also a great outside half. You can be both.

will admit after that result

with that error count in the second half the all black , south africa and france would of made us pay for the indiscipline
got to sort that out

the Slam is on for France not ireland

Just looking at the match stats, which, scoreline aside, were surprisingly even in terms of tackles made, yards carried, etc. Can't help but wonder what the result would have been with more composure in their 22. Opportunity after opportunity, momentum after momentum, butchered. There's the makings of a half decent side there. I kinda wondered if Gatland would have the luxury of slow transition but now I'm not so sure. It seems the old guard are well and truly done. The young guns in an ideal world would be bedded in over time but we don't have the luxury. Think Gatland needs to bring in the cleansing fire and just burn this 6N with a plan for the WC. We're fucked anyway, may as well bring on the young guns now and bed them in.

Wasn’t it Williams who was trying to milk that?.
🤷‍♀️ maybe so, it's not something I gaf about because I think on the whole it doesn't influence the ref's decision. Maybe the Sexton factor made a difference, but more his reputation* rather than the rolling around. The decision making process was about body position and movement control vs intent. They should have been judged equally imo.

*he'll be playing on a 'is this his last game' advantage for a while now I reckon.

Eta: I guess what I'm saying is, I was talking about the ref not the players.

It’s a rebuild for 2027 isn’t it. A lot of clapped out players will be retiring in 9 months time, might as well cut them now tbh
