2014 Elections: Urban Exit Poll

Who did you vote for in the 2014 European and Local Elections?

  • Total voters
    165
  • Poll closed .
I vote no2eu in eu elections.

In the local lan, con, lib and green. Couldn't bring myself to vote green so drew a big cock on the ballot. I then felt guilty to person that would have to look at it and changed it to a cactus wearing a sombero.

96 of the 162 votes cast on here have gone to left-wing parties (Greens and Labour), just shy of 60%.

Only 3 of the votes have gone to UKIP and 0 to the Tories.

A very left-wing forum!

If you squint a bit and turn your head to one side his chin looks a bit like a helmet. I'd not noticed that before.

THEN DON'T SQUINT A BIT AND TURN YOUR HEAD ON ONE SIDE WHEN YOU LOOK AT HIM!

For fuck's sake, if we play into their hands like that we get the government we deserve.

The people who actually voted are considered to the right.

I only pressed Ukip for a laugh, i voted for Britian First really.

Green & TUSC. I live in Lewisham.

Highlight of my day was getting doorstepped in the street by Lutfar Rahman this evening in Tower Hamlets where I work. He was in full charm mode even though myself and my colleague said we didn't vote in that area, so we doorstepped him back by letting him know just how he has let the people I work with down over the last year. I will milk those apologies for every inch that they are worth once I am back at work and know what the local people I work with want from him.

Lutfur not Lutfar. I used to work with someone with the same name and almost suspected him of being Mayor of Tower Hamlets on the sly at one point (can't be that much work). Turned out he went to school with him.

I am still waiting for someone to explain what a Labour or Green MEP might do that is better. There's one of me and lots of you but I'm not hearing antyhing.
I did link earlier in the thread to Green on Yellow over the US/EU trade deal (tapatalking now so can't find) But Lib Dems would help put NHS in US cooperate hands, greens oppose

Voted NO2EU: European
GREEN(For want of a better candidate/party to vote for; i.e TUSC): City Council Elections.

No local elections here. We have a choice of Labour, Tory, Libs, SNP, Green, UKIP, BNP, No2EU, Britain First for the Euros. Anecdotally everyone I've asked and everyone on my facebook and twitter who's said how they've voted has said they voted SNP or Green.

or the greens - liberals innit
I had a mate. Quite trad left, old school trade unionism, co-ops, that sort of thing.

Moved to Brighton, joined the Greens - next thing I know, he's on facebook justifying scabbing/wage cuts for working people and decrying unions and the 'ultra left'

That's the Greens for you right there. They have their own place reserved against The Wall :)
