(a) the Republicans would have been shouting it from the rooftops before a single vote was cast; or
(b) the Republicans would sit on it until after roughly 60% of the expected turnout has already voted, probably wasting a few more days here and there by sending flash drives cross country by horse and cart.
No need to give a long winded waffle of an answer, a simple (a) or (b) will suffice.

No declarations yet and to do so before close of polls is a federal offence. No registration in Texas either. He says he's made use of a private data co. to see who has voted and which primaries they have voted in previously (which is recorded). But in an election with record turnout and an electorate that has changed massively in a fast growing state... so what?
