The exit poll is only carried out at about 150 polling stations, out of something like 40,000.

How so? RefUK will have replaced Tory in places like Louth & Horncastle and maybe even Truss's constituency in Norfolk

I'd have thought that for Reform to get that high the tories would have to really collapse, which would mean them getting fewer than 131 seats. It shows a reasonable performance for the two of them put together.

Ms 747 was door knocking for Labour this afternoon and they are really worried Reform will win here. But, and I hate reform and the manfrog, its worth remembering that if they hadn't entered this time the Tories would be between 50 and 100 seats more.
