No they're not. Wiki adds people when they declare and has been since the election was declared. Only eight of the Rishi seat ones were on there when you posted. The other three (including YouTube irritant Niko) have only been added in the last few minutes. The council websites are going to be ahead of Wiki for the full lists as that's where Wiki editors are getting them from.

WTF??? I've just looked at the polling cards and it seems I've been moved! I am not in Derbyshire South anymore but have been ethnically cleansed into the constituency of Derbyshire Dales. Likely to be very tight between Tory and Lib Dems (I reckon the winner will have a majority in the low hundreds). The local Tory MP is useless and anonymous, as well as being a Tory, she can’t even claim to be a good constituency MP, so is definitely worth getting rid of.
