If England win, which I think they will by 2 points, they have a chance of winning the tournament.
I didn’t expect a French team to actually turn up at TwickenhamThis has aged magnificently
A few things spring to mind - he just doesn’t get the time and space at international level, he’s playing behind a crap pack so slow ball, don’t think he works well with JVPHe hasn't really clicked for England though has he? Not sure whose fault that is though. Just kinda feels like he's not up to it, is that unfair?
Nothing he tried came off.He hasn't really clicked for England though has he? Not sure whose fault that is though. Just kinda feels like he's not up to it, is that unfair?
That's my feeling. Same as Tomos at 9 for Wales. Should fit: doesn't.He hasn't really clicked for England though has he? Not sure whose fault that is though. Just kinda feels like he's not up to it, is that unfair?
When a player is as defensively weak as he indubitably is he would really have to bring something in attack to offset the protection he'd require when his team isn't in possession. Smith doesn't achieve this, imo.He does have an eye for the gap unlike every other English 10, and tbh he does make breaks but it feels like he doesn’t get the same return as in the prem, whether that’s poor selection from him of when to go for it at this level or just the fact that defences are better I’m not sure plus he’s a turnstile in defence
Wasn't it great. That kind of thing puts me in floods of tearsincredible singing there.
Was hoping someone would know and explain, taInteresting that line-in that led to the non-try wasn't allowed. Quick line-outs have always confused me so I checked rules for them last week - having to use the same ball is one, nobody else can touch the ball (even ball boys) before the throw in, too. Apparently not all referees know the rules but this one did.
Agreed, I was about to say we're going to concede here and they deserve it.Scotland deserved that for the number of phases they made to get it
