Nigel Farage

A man who threw "items", believed to be coffee cups, at Nigel Farage has been given a suspended sentence.

Josh Greally, aged 28, was sentenced to six weeks, suspended for twelve months, after pleading guilty to a charge of using threatening, abusive, insulting words and behaviour with intent to cause fear.

He was filmed throwing the items on June the 11th when Farage was travelling on an open-top bus in Barnsley.

Whiny hypocrite Farage said on twitter, "Today he's been given a suspended prison sentence. He will not serve any custodial time at all" then called for more prisons to be built.

Farage is banging on about two tier justice, as if this could possibly be compared to the recent riots, he's such an opportunist twat.

Desperate Dan Wootton, sorry, I mean Martin Branning, is trying to compare it to sweet old granny, Julie Sweeney, getting jailed for saying hurty things on social media, to bleat about two tier policing.
So to put that into context, he thinks chucking a paper cup at someone deserves at least the same sentence as a middle aged woman, in the middle of a riot, publicly urging people to commit terrorist acts of torture, murder and bombings. The guy really is a massive prick. You can see why even GB News won't touch him with a barge pole, anymore.

Farage’s address was advertised at the top of the Heartland website next to a series of videos rejecting established climate science, with titles including “Media Lying About Heatwaves” and “Crops LOVE Global Warming”.

Tickets at the event in Chicago cost up to $50,000 for the chance to have dinner with the Reform UK leader.

Where do they these idiots?

You get what you voted for. has anyone even thought about starting a petition?

Those earnings are likely to crash, if Labour carries out their plan to seriously restrict what MPs can do to earn extra income, Farage has been doing his nut over the suggestion that there will be crackdown on MPs making paid media appearances, as part of the tightening of rules on second jobs. :D

I believe medical and law professional MPs, and perhaps other industries, have to do a certain amount of work in those fields whilst MPs to keep their accreditation.

Is there any risk, should he curtail his overseas trips, of Farage losing the accolade of Chief Cunt?

Labour were never a threat in Clacton. They may have come second in 2019, but with only about 20% of the Tory vote.

And Clacton has the dubious distinction of being the only place to ever elect a UKIP MP at a general election.

It's working well, then. The Clacton coastline -

My ex MP was a nurse before she was elected, and she used to work a few weeks in a hospice every year so that her nursing registration didn't lapse. Just as well really, she'd be unemployed now if she hadn't.

Worthing West elected a Labour MP this year, first time ever, she's a GP, and I have no problem with her doing whatever hours are needed to keep up her accreditation.

Starmer's no longer kept his certification as lawyer

O'Brien does have his moments.

Farage had just finished a half-hour appearance on Nick Ferrari’s show, in which he answered questions from listeners a day before Reform’s party conference kicks off.

As the new MP prepared to head off following a long morning of interviews on BBC local radio stations, O’Brien launched into an indirect but unsubtle list of digs at him.

The presenter said: ‘There’s a lot to get through today.

‘For example, have you ever had violent race riots named after you? Or indeed, been accused by the head of the Met of emboldening the racist thugs responsible?

‘Has your vile and ignorant rhetoric ever helped instigate attempts to burn people alive in their beds?

‘Have you ever cited a self-described misogynist facing rape and people trafficking charges in Romania as a trustworthy news source for events in the UK? Or described yourself as part of a similar phenomenon to him?

‘Have you ever helped a convicted woman-beater get elected to the UK parliament, and have any newly elected MPs spent more time in America getting binned off by Donald Trump than they have in their own constituency?’

eta:

In an interview with LBC yesterday, Farage defended Trump’s inflammatory claims that Haitian immigrants were eating family pets in the Ohio city of Springfield, which came up during the Republican’s recent debate against Kamala Harris.

No evidence has been produced to support the claim and officials in the city have denied that any such incidents have been reported.

Asked if politicians have a responsibility to fact-check, Farage told Metro.co.uk: ‘Every time Trump says something that seems to be outrageous, in the end it proves to be true.’
Filth

ffs, seems that in 3 years Farage will get a pension for being an ex-EU MP. This will be paid for by the UK. £73,000.00 per year for doing fuck all. Could be fair enough if he's been an active MEP, but he just wasn't, he was a lazier MEP than he is currently an MP, he hardly ever went to anything in Brussels/Strasbourg. All the while his raison d'être was to get the UK out of the EU cos he thought it was shite. Fucking grifting wanker.

Almost as if he’s nothing more than a self serving arsehole, isn’t it? :hmm:

As I have said, I have somewhat mixed feelings.

I'm sure there's one or two MP's who still work part time as (medical) doctors, and think that probably makes them a damn sight more in touch with the real world than the average MP.
'Dr ' Caroline Johnson the Selfservative dishonourable member for Sleaford and North Hykeham actively advocates child abuse while still apparently working as a paediatrician. She conspiciously ignores the evidence base at all times and has actively called for the segragation of certain girls in a educational setting based on prejudice and in ignorance of the EA2010
