What a morally repugnant question…To the Israel supporters on this thread. How many civilian deaths are too many for you?

Well, that didn't last long.Fucking hell, I find myself in agreement with TC for once.
What a morally repugnant question…
I've already provided an unavoidable answer in post 3061, which you ignored:
tl;dr, its not about loving Israel, it's about hating arabs.
Seems fair thoughWhat a morally repugnant question…
That’s the plan. It may change but it probably won’tSurely they cannot grozny the place to dust can they after this ?
To the Israel supporters on this thread.
That IJ have launched rockets today is probably factual. It sound more authentic to claim it was Islamic Jihad. It makes it sound like they have carefully researched things.
When you say secret do you mean 'i don't read anything about defence and intelligence'...?
The UK defence sector has had a relationship with Israel since the formation of the state - industrial, training, intelligence, equipment - all very public, not secret, debated in parliament (particularly a UAV called Watchkeeper, which has turned out to be an expensive mistake).
Stuff you don't read isn't a secret.
Thing is even if there does become pressure for Israel to crease fire the siege is just as deadly, if not more, with each passing day.
Israel will ignore the pressure. Israel have lost their shit via 1400 sadistic murders. I agree, though, that not allowing for the necessities for life is just as deadly and criminal.
This all feels like "softening up" to me...Surely they cannot grozny the place to dust can they after this ?
Israeli airstrikes in the Palestinian territory of Gaza have damaged six hospitals, nine primary health care centres, and a desalination plant that supplies clean water to 250 000 people, the United Nations has reported.1
Gaza’s main covid-19 laboratory and the Palestinian Ministry of Health offices have also been hit,2 and at least two prominent doctors, the internal medicine consultant Ayman Abu Alouf, who was leading the covid-19 team at Al Shifa hospital, and the health ministry neurologist Moeen Al-Aloul, have been killed.
The latest escalation in violence was the result of unrest in the West Bank, as pro-settler organisations have been attempting to force Palestinian families from their homes in the Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood of East Jerusalem, in a move that the United Nations warned could amount to “war crimes.”3
Since the unrest began on 7 May at least 212 Palestinians, including 61 children, have been killed
Israel have lost their shit
Arabism ffs, a kind of patronising orientalism from when 'we' had an empire and all the cultural attitudes that went with that - we literally looked down on everyone but we were a big fish then, now we aren't. There's no 'arabism' any more you wannabe victorian plum, there's "but Islam isn't a race", Islamic Jihad, Hizbollah, Daesh and Terror Alerts. Israel is a proper thorn in all that, it's a bastion of so-called western liberal democracy in an expanse of islamic otherness.I don't think the British hate the Arabs particularly. In fact there's a long history of friendship and alliance--TE Lawrence, Philby Sr and so forth--and a tradition of Arabism among the toffs in the Foreign Office. Insofar as that legacy has been damaged, it's the consequence of our alliance with Israel not the cause.
if you think shooting up a rave is understandable
then an "opposie" with a bomb is just on of those things
the IDF just have a lot more firepower the Muslim world is just angry that the IDF can bit back 10X harder their was just celebration when it was dead Jews now the whirlwind has arrived it's all crime against humanity this and urge restraint that.
Israel won't care it's enemies already want to wipe them out
The IDF already 'police' most of the West Bank.
