Glastonbury 2014

Not a lot of Dance act for me to note.

But I'm sure there will be plenty later.

Skrillex :(

De la soul and J5 !!!!

cant go this year as im woking.... gutted to miss these two acts tho.

they were great last year , did their job perfectly , attracted huge crowds and took them away from elsewhere , I closed Sunday with Lucinda Williams with about 200 others up at the acoustic .
I bet she was well pissed off that everyone had gone off to stomp with the plastic folkies:eek:

Personally I'd like Lucinda all to myself or maybes a threesome with Emmy Lou  I'll quit here......

I'm sure there will be. Rudimental though :) Saw them last year and they were ace.

I've seen Rudimental to death over the last 18 months....

... but i'll still see them there no doubt. :D They are great.

Its fun to watch people who don't know how their live sets work wander off early. Rudimental like to build from gentle slowly into manic but many don't realise that and wander off before they truly get going so to speak. I love the slow build myself.

Too true. They did do a very good job of clearing the plastics away from where you want to be. :D

She actually said something along the lines of " c`mon guys , they`re fun and all that but jeez whats happening out there " I felt a little sorry for her , the tent was practically empty .

Got your Emmy Lou tickets Friedaweed ?

Having had the arse bored off me by him at Ashton Court ten years ago, I'm pretty sure I can find greater entertainment elsewhere ;)

I quite enjoyed that gig, though don't entirely remember all of it, which may be why.

Ended up accidentally seeing Mumford and Sons last year. It got to the Sunday night and I realised I'd been working so much I'd yet to have a pint of hot mulled from the cider bus. Went there, and was subjected to them whilst buying my pint and waiting for it too cool down enough to get walking. Very dull.

Good lineup this year. If I was going I'd be into seeing Jack White, The Black Keys, Robert Plant, Lily Allen, Pixies, Massive Attack, Disclosure, M.I.A, De La Soul, Jurassic 5, Dexys, Kelis, Warpaint, The Wailers, Wilko Johnson, Tinariwen, Four Tet, The Sun Ra Arkestra, Ms Dynamite. Wouldn't get to see half of them and would still undoubtedly have a fucking blinder. Pixies would be my must-see-at-all-costs act of the weekend.

I'm definitely going to be on the case with them -- I've never seen them live!

Really keen to see what Jack White is like now -- saw the White Stripes at Glastonbury (in 2005) but not since.

It's not even complete this line-up, and there's wish-list content a-plenty.

Oh yes and Robert Plant. Blimey!
