No amount of cajolery...
The same as any of our records I guess.what's their record for insider scoops on things going on in the very upper echelons of the Democrat Party? I'm guessing it's not brilliant.

I jjust had a look and the entire thing seems to stem from some far right rando posting CNN says Dick Cheney will be advising Biden on foreign policy on twitter. There's no clip, and no-one can find one, so we can safely assume it's bullshit. The same as any of our records I guess.

I can't wait to see what damning evidence they produce this time
I didn't even know Cheney was still alive
Wow. That's high risk with the runoffs looming. A Georgia Republican civil war for the next two months?GA's GOP Senators Perdue and Loeffler have gone all in on demanding the Georgia Secretary of State resign for mismanaging the elections.
No evidence of any wrongdoing, just demand a fellow Republican stand down because they didn't get the desired result
Seen a few theories - trying to keep the base energised for the run offs, trying to ensure Trump support for their races etcWow. That's high risk with the runoffs looming. A Georgia Republican civil war for the next two months?
Surely the only way that doesn't backfire is if serious problems are found with the Georgia count, because by the time of the runoffs, it will all be done and dusted either way. They are hoping, without evidence, that a Republican administration nobbled/buggered up the election in such a way as to let the Democrats win when they really lost.Seen a few theories - trying to keep the base energised for the run offs, trying to ensure Trump support for their races etc
Does seem like a good way for Georgia Dems to keep their campaigns on the boil as well though
Does it matter that he's not actually a Democrat?
I suspect there are going to be a lot of rumours around in the next couple of months. Bernie Sanders for the Department of Labor is another one I've seen mooted.
Lots of wishful thinking on all sides, no doubt.

That's, um, a long shot.

Something tells me they can keep this going for a while

During the 2020 election, Raffensperger sought to prevent Georgia polling places from having printing paper backups of voter registration and absentee voting information in case polling places would struggle to use voter check-in tablets, called Poll Pads, which had been problematic in Georgia's primary elections earlier that year. The tablets had caused long lines at polling places. Voting rights groups had requested paper backups to prevent a risk of chaos on election day in case the tablets failed
A Politico/Morning Consult poll published today revealed that 70% of Republicans don’t believe the election was free and fair, compared to 35% of Republican voters in previous elections. Among these Republicans, 78% said they believe mail-in voting led to widespread fraud and 72% believed that ballots were tampered with. The vast majority of these Republicans believe this was in favor of Joe Biden.
Mark Esper got shoed out? No, turns out it was just an exercise, an Esper Drill.“Mark Esper has been terminated”.
Well harsh.
In the unlikely event of a romney appointment the governor of Utah would appoint also (till the mid terms, when it would be contested). Doesn't matter anyway, it's Utah, the Dems ain't winning it.It would also mean the Republican governor of Vermont would be appointing someone to finish Bernie's term which seems... unwise
Except no-one anywhere, even in the White House, has the slightest expectation that it will succeed. Could it be history's first attempt at a failed coup?Barr (hes alive) is now on the case.
Its an attempted coup
An important interventionACG comment on election of Biden: Trump on his way out but big struggles ahead
