My cut n.shut constituency had the tory and libdem sitting MPs from two halves up against each other. Apparently exit polls called it for the tories.

The exit polls were wrong. Honiton & Sidmouth has elected the libdem.

Pleasing near Tory wipeout across the West Country, but the new Exmouth & East Exeter seat is the fly in the ointment with a split Lib Dem and Labour vote allowing the Conservative to scrape through with a tiny majority.

I hate this iteration of Labour too but yes I despair at it all from a local perspective. Bloody Reform in Clacton too. Terrifying.
