“I’ve just heard the general election is being referred to as the “snappy g” and the “genny lec”. If you need me I’ll be staring out to sea like this cow.

I am not a violent man by nature but if anyone calls them that in my earshot I swear to god…

I’ll think really violently about tutting and giving a scornful look

This guy used to be a teacher in Korea, lost his job due to an allegation of him messing around with kids. Was also a firm supporter of the Tories and their handling of COVID, even got booted from one group here for making fun of someone who's family member had died of COVID.....

Clearly the Tories deserve a good kicking but a huge majority for Labour will be a disaster for the country. It will be like putting The Guardian in charge, and I believe it will be very authoritarian too. Even though the Lib Dems are complete c*nts and the SNP are annoying to the core, I hope they prevent a Labour landslide.

Indeed. A Starmerite landslide is unlikely to be little better than the last Tory landslide. The right wing Labour cunts will have carte blanche.

Nope. I want a government, not a coalition.

I appreciate that it will be Labour, and also that of my 71 years only 23 years have been under a Labour government, because they are even worse than the Conservatives, BUT, to be totally honest I would vote for Atilla the Hun in preference to Sunak at the moment. The current government has run out of steam, and needs to be replaced.

Who knows, the adenoidal third former that is Starmer may even turn out to be competent.
