No I don't think I am. I think it will rain & there will be some mud but nothing a good pair of hiking boots can't handle. Anyway I can always buy some there if needed.

That's not bad. When I went 3 or 4 years ago, it was a mudcake and a big lorry drove in with size 7 shoes and there was a long queue. Craig got in at the front of the queue easily enough though!!

That was 2005 wasn't it when the police were controlling the crowd. I've got pictures of that and it wasn't pretty.

I'm on site now using our stage's (passworded!) wireless network - seems to be working better this year than last. (You can also probably tell that I'm not rushed off my feet at the moment!)

Theoretically starting out at about 4 (am), although looking at the time I can see it being later than that........... right on the M25 though, so that part's easy.
she reckons she does it at a steady 80 in 2 1/2 hrs or so, I reckon she's in a helicopter. I was thinking about 4 hours, at 70/80 ish, I can't afford to drive any faster than that!!! Don't think the car would like it much either. I was planning on getting there with my car intact.....

You'll fly through at 4am!!! I'd say 3-3.5 hours then if you sit at 80 ish. Lemme know if I'm right, been years since I had to guess times for a living!
Thats what I was sort of hoping - although I have to get up first, that will be the tricky part!!
I thought about 4 hours, maybe less that early so you & I think the same, I think my neighbour's speedo is faulty if she seriously thinks she does it at 80 in 2 1/2 hours!
Anyway, being as I dont want to fall asleep at the wheel Im off to bed, g'night & thanks for your help.

I have one left. I also have a prescription for 2 more somewhere from when I had my MRI but there was no way I was paying £7.50 for 2 valium when mother has a drawer full so I got some off her. If I can find the script I'd be more than happy to bring it in case you're desperate.

Hobbs used to just fish out a couple of spares from his drawer for things like that but he's retired now. I can honestly say I have never felt so relaxed as when I had my MRI, they are a beautiful thing.
