Cordially,

I have now watched two of the three films (dunno where I put the 1971 one but it's somewhere...), and watched the 2005 DVD with commentary (there's a grand total of ONE person I know in the 2005 DVD lol... the Green Police guy who's on screen for about 1 second!), and all the extras ... :D

edit: Anyone interested in seeing the 1971 film too? I shall see if I can dig it out if there's any interest...

There is the youtube movie too - it isn't very good but it kills an hour

wicked, but how long is that gona take to download then, im on up 2 8 meg?
Assume 'ages' and you won't be disappointed ;)

edit: Found the 1971 film. 2.1 GB as a DVD split in two parts (either from original film reels, or more likely from VideoCD).

Proof it exists... :D

Not been around or on line since Friday afternoon, but I've just found out that my money went out of my account sometime Friday afternoon :)

Finally!

Just as well it did go then as it turns out, cos 'my bag of important things' was lost/stolen in Bath last night and among the things that were taken were my bank cards -- I had to put a stop on all transactions dated after 9:30 last night, so I've had a lucky escape from one aspect of related hassle ....

I am now mobile phoneless too :( but there'll shortly be another thread about that ...

All out of date the above -- all sorted now -- Glasto ticket wise AND getting my bits and bobs back wise, rest in Commmunity thread :)

Me neither :D
I checked mine and the 'reservation' is there on the cash, but the money STILL hasn't been taken!

What a useless bunch of complete COCKS SeeTickets have shown themselves to be, yet again.

Why Michael Eavis insists on using these useless cackhanded fuck up merchants as his only ticket agency is beyond me...

I suppose I will have to check with my bank tomorrow about the 14-day thing ...

yer mines the same, money hasn't come out either, but available balance has gone down £154, been like that for about a week now. thought it was a bit weird. shitty thing.

I keep hearing that SeeTickets have close business links to Mean Fiddler (do MF control/own them?? ) but I haven't been able** to verify this ...

**or arsed :p

Just rang my bank and the money was taken out on the 5th. Phew.

WoW, I have managed to sort out my Glasto timetable thanks to my mum, who will take Skimboy off my hands for as long as I need – but I still won't be getting there for Wednesday. I'll be driving up from Devon at the crack of dawn on Thursday, to arrive on site early morning, which means I'll be free for some pear 'n' pot action by lunchtime

yeah.. the whole ticketing process was a SHAMBLES

Err How? 135,000 tickets sold in less than 2 hours. No touts. Hardly a shambles. And the issue regarding people's money not being taken has proved to be Nat West Banks fault for not receiving funds on behalf of GFL. I know See/Aloud haven't exactly covered themselves in glory in the past but as far as I can tell their side of the operation has been pretty seamless this time around.

My money came out today.

Hadn't checked before today so hadn't worried about it
oops they took the money out kinda late i thought i still had some pocket money left, will now have to go and sell one of my kidneys to cover the rent :(

My money has finally gone out....so I can stop fretting that I have not got a ticket.....seems that despite getting a email confirmation I still did not believe I was going....:)
