It's ok. He bowls off-spin to left-handers and leg-spin to right-handers. Can't be easy to switch mid-over but he manages it. There's not a lot of guile there but he's proficient.

Paradoxically, bowling one loose ball per over in t20 is possibly less of a problem than doing so in a test match.

He was trusted enough to often complete his four over spells for his side in India. No idea what his red ball career is like though but he's a very good cricketer. Could be a good left-field choice. If baz is true to his word though he'll carry on with Leach.
