would you mind answering my questions - do you think the lib dems are gunna split, and to the right or left? (the right is lookng more likely tbh). and do you think the talk of clegg becoming a tory is accurate or not? these are simple questions to attempt to get the thread back on topic which unfortunately you don't seem to wish to do

what have you done to fight the cuts recently lock&light?
because, and this is just a general point, im sick of people taking up others on language and the like, when they aren't doing anything (and are in many cases actively harming), as if a few swear words on a bulletin board are equal to the devastation caused by these cuts. i don't like to make nazi comparisons but a few years back i saw this style of "debate" with the fash when i was on an anti-racist message board - that if and as long as you are "polite" then you can say whatever and do whatever the fuck you want to whoever you want but as long as you didn't swear or call someone a cunt, that was all perfectly OK, but as soon as you got remotely upset about the fact that they wanted to (for example) deport all people with different coloured skins, that meant that you had lost the arguement and were wrong, and were "attacking" them
well all i have to say is fuck that, tbh. i'm sick of people using politeness as a reason to ignore people's very real anger at actions which are being cheerled on here and are devastating people's lives in the real world. disgusting.

*) Direct all public funding via the state owned banks, any private bank shareholders welcome to leave their share certs at the Treasury.
*) Ownership of private media dependent on EU citizenship and tax residency in mainland EU. (just cos I hate Murdoch.
)*) Transfer of inter-city rail franchises back to BR and local transport provision to democraticly controlled oganisations.
*) Planning legislation to direct new builds to affordable housing take unoccupied building for affordable housing.
