A lovely dark ale with a realy malty sweet taste and loads of body.

A sort of Kummel. Home-made. I have been steeping crushed caraway and coriander seed plus maple syrup in rum. It's very very good. I have been feeling rotten and have a high temperature and this is lifting my spirits very well.

I think I may tout my Kummel-ish drink as a cure-all for the 21st century. I am particularly pleased with how the maple syrup has worked.

Darn. :(

I knew I should have gone back to Tesco for the remainder of the "Promenade Des Papes" ~(Plan de Dieu) ... only got two bottles at £4.99 ...

Oh well. To be honest it's a bit full-on for me most of the time - being something of a peasant - I'm mostly very happy with Chenet's cheap and cheerful fruity Merlot ... the one with the out of date cheese offer

Water. But only until I can be arsed to go to the shops for 6 cans of premium euro lager for a fiver.

Red wine from some kind of box contraption.......I believe it's been to Glastonbury and back, meaning it's been fried in a tent for a week.

It's delicious, or perhaps I'm drunk

tonight its...

No-one's had a drink in 2 days

I'm enjoying a Cinzano at the moment, a bloomin Cinzano - not something I can ever recall having in my life before.

cinzano, taboo, mirage, often in a carpark  the stuff of my adolescence :puke:

i'm at the bottom of a bottle of rather nice half price 2005 rioja.
