Anyone know what this BIG sweetcorn is the Ecuador cafe uses? Comes on a cob like corn, but each seed is about 4x the size. More the colour and texture of a butter bean, but with sweetcorn flavour.

Beef stirfried with leek, cabbage and some mild sweeter chillies than I'd normally go for. Lots of nam pla and soy sauce. Mmmmmmmmm umami. I thought I had some beansprouts and peppers and shit but leek and cabbage had to suffice. It was surprisingly alright. Just gonna have some natural yoghurt with honey for pud.
