What's for tea tonight? (#8)

The fella's making a tomato and mascarpone sauce with wholewheat penne, which we'll have with LASHINGS of parmesan dahling, and Romaine leaves dressed in balsamic.

Tother half of the apple crumble with vanilla Skyr, cos we scoffed the full tin of custard last night

Mushroom stroganoff with rice.

I've not been keeping up with my posts on this thread, so here's a bit of a catchup of recent meals:
Tuesday/Wednesday - Chicken, sausage, bacon and mushroom pasta (vegan meatless balls and mushroom version for N)
Monday - Paella (chicken for me, seafood for N)
Sunday - Cumberland sausages, roast spuds, peas, gravy
Before that we had burgers at some point, supermarket beef quarterpounders for me, fiery vegan not-chicken burgers with chips for N

Eeee, not sure yet! Picking up a big shop later, but himself will have left for his gig by teatime, and so I'll probably just have a snacky tea of poached eggs on toast, possibly with cheese on first. Then I'm off out to watch him play!

Obviously, some of the various choccy bars I ordered will be sampled too

Us too, too many exciting things this week. Chicken and chips from the freezer tonjght. Tomorrow we hand over the keys from the old house (after moving for what seems like months) then planning a take away then me and the boy are going to see the Nas Illmatic tour
Son was not well enough for the gig so take away kebabs

I wanted a sausage sarnie, thought I had some sozzies in the fridge but apparently I'd already frozen them, and I didn't have enough time to defrost.
So had a fish finger sarnie instead.
