The fella's making a tomato and mascarpone sauce with wholewheat penne, which we'll have with LASHINGS of parmesan dahling, and Romaine leaves dressed in balsamic.

Tother half of the apple crumble with vanilla Skyr, cos we scoffed the full tin of custard last night

It's daughter's birthday eve and she has requested fake duck pancakes. Adults will have real duck.
