Just about to get a sausage and chorizo casserole on the go. Nice being off work and having enough time to cook properly. Far too many of my meals are 15-minute-chucked-together-as-quickly-as-possible-after-work sort of affairs.

Dunno, leaving dinner for colleague tonight has changed to lunch tomorrow so we'll be going back to mates house to cook. The two cookbooks we have there are Moro and Nigelissima. I may try and cobble something together from Moro but if ingredients not available from corner shop will be Niggler again. Don't mind akchewly as I've just bought one of her products :
