Fucking hell, this was so good Crunchy rainbow veg, roast beef shreds marinated in lots of delicious flavours...the perfect balance between light/refreshing and satisfying comfort food.Tonight Mr K is making beef green curry.
Turned out to be salmon, rice and peas/cabbage. Was very nice.My turn to cook tonight, so probably something low impact like jacket potatoes.
