(Chicken) Bangers and (Sweet Potatoe and Hummus) mash.
I already know how to turn it into a sangwich

We’re now having some of those spinach and ricotta filled pasta thingys instead of the mash - neither of us can be arsed to do the mash cos we have 3 episodes of Married at First Sight to watch.

Sangwich will now be pasta and chicken sausage as opposed to spread mash and chicken sausages.

Crepes filled with chicken, Gruyere, jalapeños and coriander. Covered in mature cheddar sauce, topped with poppy seeds, baked for 40 mins on medium and served with spicy mango, onion and scotch bonnet salad.

Got home to find my husband has defrosted some sausages. It probably should be sausage and mash, but i simply can't be bothered so it will be sausage, egg and oven chips instead. With a free portion of indigestion on the side.

Small has requested macaroni cheese, so that's her sorted. Himself I am thinking of making a Spanish tortilla to use up some veggies lurking at the back of the fridge. I will have a sandwich.

Last night I had burger from a local place and it was amazing. I had one which was called Cheesus and it had - American cheese, pickled onions, burger sauce and dill pickles in it. I made the 'happy little accident' of not realising it was served with chips and ordered more.

Wed was a freezer tea - Southern chicken thighs/cauli cheese bake, salt and pepper ridge fries and petit pois.
Thurs - Swedish meatballs with redcurrant and dill gravy/quorn swedish style meatballs, baby potatoes, savoy cabbage and broc.
Today - veggie stir fry and noodles.

I am sulking cos I finally caved and ordered a very fancy air fryer/grill thing and DHL have promised and failed delivery/redelivery three days in a row, finally said it was actually missing and to get John Lewis to send out a new one - contacted them, they contacted DHL, who said it wasn't missing and will defo be delivered tomorrow (even though they give no option for weekend deliveries on the tracking/rescheduling thing ). How to contain my excitement with so much disappointment!

It was for research purposes partly as I want to try using the pizza oven as a tandoori when my wrist is better - do naan bread and probably panir and salmon plus a couple of veggie curries. I guess you have to marinade things before you start.
