It's like a late September day here and I wanted autumnal food. So I made roast chicken with an onion gravy, chive mashed potatoes and broccoli.

Still fucked and I took it bloody easy compared to previous years! Spicy wedges and veggie cheeseburgers with salad for us. Then all the choccy cake.

Thurs - takeaway cos my son got a promotion!
Fri - tagliatelli with homemade pesto and olives and some mackerel in mine & son's.
Sat - we had lunch at friends so just had crisps and cake and ice cream for dinner.
Sun - girl was away for the night so I made a chicken and veg pie, plus broc.
Mon - homemade beef burgers/a meat-free burger with mayo, lettuce, emmental, mustard and ketchup. Strawbs and vanilla ice cream.
Today - Sticky rice with cucumber, spring onion, avo and fried king prawns/Fry's strips. I've made some satay sauce to go with it - so will either cook the prawns/strips in it or just dump it on top. Strawbs, scotch pancakes and ice cream for pudding.

I've got a load of leftover slow cooker gammon so I think I'll do a cheesy pasta/cauliflower bake.
