Cheese baked Basa (whatever that is) with Mediterranean vegetables
Gousto dish I’ve adapted by removing the potatoes.
Didn't grate the cheese as no grater so it’s just crumbled cheese.
Not a massive fan of these meal kits so far given all the packaging
It was quite nice flaky white meat so I can see that. Not that amazing the way I cooked it!Basa is a river fish I think. I like it, it's pretty good in a Thai curry.
I managed to add a sangwich made from the above too.Chicken schnitzel and salad.

It is good for fish curries though, holds its shape well and takes on the sauce nicely.
Ah I remember seeing cobbler years ago in a supermarket.I had it once or twice many years ago when it was more commonly sold as "River Cobbler" (I presume the marketing folks decided that wasn't an attractive name to customers and started referring to it by one of its other names, Basa) and wasn't impressed with either the texture or flavour, so have avoided it since.
