Still lacking energy from the weekend's drive/sensory overload, and having to go brambling tonight cos I won't get a chance at the weekend, SO it's an easypeasy tea of fried Cauldron Lincolnshire saussies and onions, in finger rolls, no doubt with a load of roast garlic jam drooled over.

Dark choc Tunnocks and a decaff tea for afters.

Was due to be a Gousto meal but had to go out to the shops after work and was knackered at the end so ended up being a Tesco spicy king prawn and spinach pizza which I had coveted a few times but never bought.

A cheeky slice of cake for pudding. Back to diet tomorrow.

Mon - I made a leek, spinach and feta quiche with salad.
Yesterday - tagliatelli with creamed leeks and egg and parmesan stirred through, plus a bit of smoked salmon in mine & my son's.
Today - veggie chilli, rice, avo and cheddar for my girl and red braised pork, chilli bean veg stir fry and rice for me & the boy.
We're still working our way through the mountains of cakes for puddings, so more chocolate brownies today.

About to have cheese on toast because 45 minutes after ordering takeaway, just eat still hadn’t assigned a driver so we cancelled. Pizza is basically cheese on toast anyway isn’t it.

OH day off, we had fried haddock (lightly floured rather than full on battered, was fucking lush), chips, salad, tartare sauce and a few pints at a pub with some friends, one of our rare nights out, very enjoyable. Despite the fact that OH managed to tip beer over my lap within the first 3 minutes of arriving.
