Having dinner with the whole family celebrating a birthday so we have a spreaddddddddd going on.

Oh and it’s the first time since March 2020 we’ve all been together. Tears of joy and great food.

Not hungry after a late dinner, so G & T with lemon juice ice cubes. The lemon ice cubes are great - much better than boring water ones.

Tomorrow I’m having the veggie roast I have been craving for a month. Even booked the table to make sure it happens.

i’ve subscribed to that but am not so good at presenting my meals as they always look like a dog’s breakfast. and my camera is broken - can only do selfies as the other lens is cracked

I’ll give it a go, not sure what my dining companion will make of it though! it’s quite tricky to do - the angle and the light need to be fiddled with

Yesterday was homemade pizzas with little bits of the THREE cakes I also made for pudding (Coffee and walnut, peach and white choc traybake and brownies).

Today African peanut stew, garlic and coriander naan and broc. More cake for pudding.

Went for roast pork for tonight, but cut the joint in half, put the other half in for a slow cook in tomatoes, chillies, onions and paprika will shred the meat tomorrow and add black beans and have with rice another day.
