might be a fake tweet :)

Some Yougov/Economist polling on Qanon - pretty bad stuff tbh. 26% favourable on the under 29s!

Do most people even know what it is? A lot of people are probably like "Isn't something against the Democrats? Yeah that's ok I guess". If you've ever seen Jimmy Kimmel's Lie Witness News on YouTube you'll know people like to have an opinion on things they don't know about.

it says 'among those who have heard of Qanon', so I guess the people who haven't had already been excluded.

I don't know about the tweet, but I did see that bit of the debate. They really said something similar to that. I think it was more in the line of "look at these hypocrite democrats."
Another bit I heard had a Republican saying that he was against impeachment because it would increase dissent around the country. Normally I'd think that was a slip of the tongue, albeit a Freudian one, but with this shower, I can't be sure he didn't mean it as said.

I think after today my money is on the Senate voting to convict. I heard just one person today actually defend Trump and what he said. The rest who say they are worried about division, more violence, etc, aren't making arguments that would be relevant in the 'trial'. The senators who vote against conviction will need to come up with better arguments than that.

Apparently Trump is planning to release a video tonight, but having been banned from most platforms, he's struggling to find his MySpace login details.

Bbc news just mentioned the video again but it's obviously taking it's time. I'm sure it will be ranting nonsense when it turns up!

It would be welcome, but why would you expect half the Republican senators to vote against him when less than l in 10 Republicans were prepared to do so in congress?
