US election 2020 thread

Is there a faint possibility that he'd broke his phone ?

or, even better, the birdie people have decided to block his a/c because of all the misrepresentations ?

As I understand it and I am willing to be corrected by someone more in the know (prior to this election I neither knew nor cared how the US Electoral College worked), He has to flip them to him before they certify. Of the five disputed states, Georgia has already certified so that leaves Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Arizona. The Trumpinator and his coterie of imbecile conspiraloons need to persuade any three of those four to ignore the popular vote and give their EC votes to him.
Michigan is meeting to certify right now (according to CNN which I have become a regular follower of this past week) and one of the two Republicans on the committee is making with the crazy but the other one isn't.

Michigan just certified, 3-0 with one abstention.

Hard to imagine what a trump supporter would have to do for trump to go Whoah there. You've gone too far. I'm disowning you. We know he's comfortable with murderous 17 year olds so it must be bad.

the fact he is pro life as well

is kinda of a snap shot of the republican party

And another one just guessing here but from the brief bit I read. The provision to ignore the popular vote and appoint other EC deligates is only permissible if the election process has been seriously compromised. It's a provision to prevent vote rigging and mass election fraud. Which has to be legally tested, not just on politically motivated reckons.

PS. I won so strongly that we decided the role of POTUS was not big enough to make the best use of my talents. I am therefore transitioning to become life president of the glorious Trumpiverse. Donate now to help make the Trump presidential library about 300 miles long and situated on the border. No money will be wasted on books because the writings on the wall.

Michigan has now certified, and Emily Murphy has written a letter to Biden, indicating she will now authorise the realease of the transition procedures. It really is now over.

Biden didn't let Trump's obstruction stop him from making progress. Biden did more presidential work in the past two weeks than Trump did in the past four years.

It will take a while to clean up the orange slime trails from around the White House, but we're off to a good start.

Looking forward to the EO that will allow US bases the right to change their names :)
