Demands that no late ballots are counted when no such thing is happening, demanding they have access for observers when they already do etc. It's just to plant the seed that they're fighting something terrible when it's all smoke and mirrors and there's nothing to seeThey have gone to court with basically something someone down the pub told them about something their mate at work told them.

Why would gerrymandering affect the speed of a count?
Several prominent pundits now expressing utter confusion over why Nevada hasn't been called as successive batches of votes come out of Vegas going 2-1 to Biden.
Big Arizona report at 2am our time may give some clarity on that one, think it's most of the rest of the Maricopa County votes so the bulk of what's left in the state
Aside from that, can't see any more stuff tonight. PA is trundling along but the big stuff aint coming out cos the Pittsburgh ballots are the ones sent to people as replacements for a batch of incorrect ones - so every single ballot has to be checked to ensure nobody voted with the original incorrect ballot.
Doubt you'll see Biden tonight either and if you do it'll be nothing exciting

Joe Biden is expected to speak in about half an hour - I don't think he's going to declare himself the winner unless there's a big development between now and then, but he's probably puzzling over what words and tenses to use. "We want every vote counted, but we expect to continue being the winners until we have won...."
They need to be not thrown off by this obvious spoiling tactic. There's a deadly pandemic and spoiled entitled monsters are playing games. The judiciary aren't having it, the military will never have it. It's time the loon squad faced facts instead of demoralising and damaging their country.

There isn't an 'officially called'. There is merely a convention of one candidate conceding at some point before all the counting has finished. It's a very different system from here, with the returning officer officially reading out the final result. In the US, nothing's really officially called until the electoral college has voted next month.
