The New Tories - Ruthlessly Incompetent. Post Examples of Tory Stupidity Here

It's almost as though the money is more important to them than the principle of taking cash from an overt racist.

And you say this on page 227 of a thread specifically about Tory stupidity? :D

I could well imagine that someone thinks they've hit on the ultimate plan to turn things around...
Blinky bill off sky news was hinting at the backbenchers and others grumbling about Sunak. I took think they are that stupid.
Arise Bad Enoch .
Can't find the pic from the other day of all the female Tories, but she was deliberately right at the front with the rest standing behind her.

The new extremism definition -
  1. negate or destroy the fundamental rights and freedoms of others; or
  2. undermine, overturn or replace the UK's system of liberal parliamentary democracy and democratic rights; or
  3. intentionally create a permissive environment for others to achieve the results in (1) or (2)."

Now remind which party allowed their former leader to illegally closedown parliament.

What he has said is vile and wrong but there is another issue with Hester and snouts in troughs spring to mind.
His company were given over £100 million in contracts for the NHS and he gave them £10 million in donations.
As a side to this, it's worrying that a few rich people can buy so much influence.
As for his apology, he has simply apologised for making a joke.

TBH, I wasn't shocked at the racism - Tories will Tory, after all.

What I found somewhat more surprising was that, albeit quite a long time ago, his organisation seemed to espouse controlling and coercive values that would have been anathema to most IT types, given that there tends to be a fairly strong anti-authoritarian mindset associated with that line of work. Anyone who took pride in their skills and professionalism would have gone on to find another job very, very quickly.

So I wonder about the quality of the software his outfit was providing the NHS with :hmm:

I did too, but I realise this is a really bad take.
I wish Musk would just fuck off and let the proper engineers get on with getting it working so people can appreciate their tremendous efforts and not have it tainted by Musk.

Musk didn't spend $40bn-odd on a plaything just to have the professionals get on with doing their job properly :hmm:

I am guessing you didn't mean to post that on this thread.

Delusional Tory inadvertently highlights why his party is actually in trouble while discussing why he thinks it is.

Another ex-cabinet minister – also from the right of the party – had a different way of answering the same question minutes later.

There were two possibilities for the Tories to drag themselves back from the brink, he believed. One was for Rishi Sunak to be bolder and abandon more green policies while also abolishing inheritance tax. “But he won’t do that,” he added. “He is just too cautious.”

Tax and screwing over the environment are subjects which exercise the entire nation, I'm sure.
