Why isn't it on this weekend?
Probably designed as a rest weekend to let all sides recover from the strains of 2 weekends of big games.
Why isn't it on this weekend?
Cardiff v Glasgow is on later. Should be decent.

Yeah, rather like Furlong he's the epitome of the modern tighthead, unlike the two immobile lumps we tend to field. Setpiece dominance just ain't enough these days.Generally his discipline does seem to be pretty decent in that he doesn't give many penalties away whilst in play. He just seems to have this tendency to want to get in players faces after the ref has blown. Dunno, but he does seem like a walking yellow card at the moment. Fine player mind.
The flanks is the only area where we have clear blue water between us and you. Doubt it will be enough, though. The England team is good. Very strong bench as well.
My main concern is the Welsh backrow

I'm referring to gatland acting like a knob and getting all personal.Generally his discipline does seem to be pretty decent in that he doesn't give many penalties away whilst in play. Anscombe starting. Not good - if they start the way they did against France England should win easily.
Although they never do, at Cardiff...

However you've got to remember that a number of of them went to specialist 'sports' schools such as Hartpury or Millfield and would have been on sports scholarships.Liked that stat: only 3 out of the entire England squad hadn't gone to a private school whereas all but 3 of the Welsh squad went to normal state schools.
Still posher than state schools. Ra ra!However you've got to remember that a number of of them went to specialist 'sports' schools such as Hartpury or Millfield and would have been on sports scholarships.
I think it says more about the support of the youth development programme.Still posher than state schools. Ra ra!
And the money available, of course.I think it says more about the support of the youth development programme.
I do some work with the England U18 women and most of them are picked up by the sports colleges by the time they are 16. None of the lasses I worked with had parents who could afford a private schools.
I'm pretty sure a number of past Welsh players have taken advantage of this - certainly at Hartpury College
Of course. It all boils down to money eventuallyAnd the money available, of course.
And traditionally and historically, England have lots more!Of course. It all boils down to money eventually
