I'm sure that's the case, but in this specific instance, it was well-off retirees cashing in to leave what they saw as a London suffering from too much immigration, to move to a seaside down with far fewer immigrants.The thing is, there is an issue with people having to leave London because they can't afford to live here any more, people getting priced out and having to move - but it's who do you blame for that? Is it immigrants or is it greedy developers and investment type landlords buying up London properties and forcing prices up with seemingly no brakes on the amount of damage they can do to the amount of affordable housing available?
