Glastonbury 2011

Its not really that special! Shirley Bassey was doing this sort of stuff in the 70s - okay maybe the dancing was abit more sedate.

sorta profound (probly not as much as videos suggest:D) slushy bit

some of the girls right at the front didn't look too impressed

syncronised knee bending:cool:

eta: ahh at singing to the cround

bit of randomness - just spotted someone waving an suspiciously new looking Ed The Duck puppet:D

Good work, Bey! I might tweet her, because my opinion will no doubt be relevant, above the other several million! <presses "like" button, opinion is expressed>

I might not be about to go and buy her CD, but that was brilliant and thoroughly enjoyable.
In a way, this is exactly the intended BBC Glastonbury, Sunday evening viewing experience. It's like Sunday Night at the London Palladium used to be. Where is Brucie?

..

Good for you.. each to their own.

Much as I didn't particulary like it, its a nice change from all the old fart rockers and fairly dull new bands. What I've seen of the music this year hasn't been great.

Beyonce owned Glasto - brilliant, slick, sexy, cheesy, pompous, hit-heavy, a bit embarrassing, and you couldn't take your eyes off her for a second.
