Well all I read was the Guardian story which just had Glastonbury organisers quoted as saying they'd be daft not to have a contingency plan for such an event. Which is true.

Nothing more to the story than that really

Not only that, they have to have contingency plans for just about every imaginable scenario in their licence application these days anyway.
