The beer bus is picking me up at 7 to take us to beer village and we will all be beavering away to make sure you all get nuff beers. Last year we were selling beer at 120 pints a minute in one of the main bars!!

AFAIK it's fluid in the lungs cos they don't work properly anymore for a variety of reasons which is very often smoking.
I do know however that after giving him the cough from hell it eventually killed my grandad.
