Gerry - same thing happened with me, just go back to the page where you submit your details, the button at the bottom will say "submitted - please wait" but click it anyway, I eventually got through to the page where you enter debit card details
 
Right I'm going to close the page in case it's slowing it down for others, last chance if anyone wants me to book for them.
 
aaargh, got through the the enter card details page, clicked submit and it's taken me to a busy page. Am going back and fore as recommended to try again, so close!

efestivals forum quote See tickets having confirmed that if you get the this registration number has been used after you have tried to pay and got an error page, then the transaction has gone through.

yup same here, of course I hope all this clicking back and submit again isnt ordering multiple sets of tickets! :eek:
 
oh bloody hell, so i've put in my card details, clicked pay, got an error page, and it may have gone through after all, but i can't tell unless i try to register again and get told the number's been used?

Genius.
 
All got a ticket but it said my gfs details were not in the database despite the fact that we checked her confirmation email many times. Melancholy morning . Again, good luck urban

I wouldn't lose hope though - if they've given her a number that's just not on. Ring them later or tomorrow and hassle them. I fucked up the other year and in a half asleep state gave the wrong bank details so they cancelled the order - but I managed to get them to do it again.

anyone any idea if i should carry on trying or not? Have put in card details, been taken to an error page, gone back, resubmitted them, etc a few times. Have also tried in a different tab starting the process again to see if it would say my number has already been used as recommended, but that's just going to a busy page on clicking the button now too.

Should i stay or should i go?
 
I got to the page where you enter my card details, then clicked the final "order2 button, wait a while and it times out and get an error message, but if I try again, it comes up saying that the reference numbers have already been used, so I THINK we are in......

This happened to me and I kept pressing back, must have been over 10 times. Then I got to a page saying that all of the reg numbers I had entered had been used up, so the transaction would have gone through on one of those errors.

I hope it's not charged me for all of my back and clicks as the Mrs debit card might get charged £1000's :eek:

You'd think they would have got this down to a fine art by now, but it seems it's the usual shambles :(
 
we've got 'em. my bf got 2 different registration numbers, one at the time of registration, and the other in the confirmation email. the regno in the confirmation email worked.

I can't believe they still haven't got this system sorted yet, it's a joke.

Really glad I'm not bothering this year, but hope you all get through in the end :)
 
I think i've got a ticket.
It timed out on the response to my oder with the debit card details.
I copied the response url and after rather too many goes its said I've got a ticket.

Oh the stress.

I had three tabs open and a button on my safari bookmark bar enter the url.

the url on entering postcode reg number is

http://www.seetickets.com/g2008/chkreg.asp?regno1="insert reg no here"~"insert post code with %20 for space"&

no quotes by the way
