I think we've had success, one person in our group got through and tried to get tickets for all of us but it said one registration number was bad, he went back and got each of ours one by one on the page he had open but I think on some it said the registration number had already been used so it's all a bit up in the air.

My mates just got his over the phone on 0800 079 2008.
Amazing, that's the first time I've heard of anyone getting tickets on the phone (apart from when I bought my first ever ticket in 1997).
We just kept pasting the link into the browser and trying again, refresh was a waste of time because it went back to "busy" straight away.

Is there a confirmation webpage at the end of the booking process or does it just go back to the beginning? Think we got tickets but no way of knowing other than re-entering reg numbers, where it says 'reg numbers already used'........

there was a confirmation on mine, and on trying again it said the reg no was used so yes you probably have a ticket
