Well, when I went in in the early nineties there were three consecutive heatwaves I wasn't thinking "Hmm, I wish it would rain a little so I can see mud people".

A police spokeswoman attributed the increase in thefts - from 19 at this stage in 2007 to 127 by Friday morning - to sunshine during the day on Thursday.

I texted sparklefish yesterday morning to say I was feeling glum as I wasnt there with her this year.

She replied that I shouldnt be feeling sad, she nearly got robbed as she woke around 4am to her tent door open a little. A steward came along and warned her there had been quite a few thefts.

I am going to pretend you didn't suggest I listened to that trout at Glasto on Radio One! I cannot think of anything more likley to make me want to rip my ears off and set fire to them.

thats pretty much how i feel about everyone at radio 1 and T4 and any other presenter who thinks they're down with the yoot.


e2a, haven't seen a single act yet (on the tv shows) that's made me wish i was there.
put it on last night and we'd given up on it and gone to bed within 10 minutes.
