What kind offers :)

But it's still too much hard work. This is my holiday, my gift to myself after months of sobriety and long nights of broken sleep – I wanna be spannered, basically.

Did I see Mark Lanegan on that list?

Thats all I need to make Glastonbury for me - I'm so excited I'm going to wet myself!

I really hope that list is wrong winkybag, or at the very least incomplete

it's very very incomplete. there'll be about 200 more acts yet.

there's about 4-5 dance stages / tents for a start

I'm not really interested in the dance stuff anymore tbh

I know I know. It was just a kneejerk reaction to not seeing the White Stripes on there. Fucking annoying me cos no dates yet

Incomplete I suspect, my email was very brief, it just stated these were confirmed. Maybe contracts have yet to be signed for other rumoured bands?

That looks like a pretty good line up.
I am especially excited about-
Amy Winehouse
Billy Bragg
Bjork
Chumbawamba
Larrikin Love
Lily Allen
Mika
Super Furry Animals
The Fratellis

Nah, I know winky, like I said, was just put out by not seeing the WS on there

*crosses everything*

Although, there are quite a few fantastic acts lined up, so I shouldn't be so churlish. IF I get a ticket!

Well, he's doing Summercase Festival in Spain with the Soulsavers July 13/14, so it might be with them.

ETA - Hmmmmmm...., the Gutter Twins have a new album later this year (or so I've been told), so maybe........?

There's nowt on that list from Jazz/World, I don't think.

Yay for Grim Northern Social :)

Ooh, and Tunng :)

Bjork and The Wurzels are the only acts on that list that tickle my fancy.

It's the "4-5 dance stages" bit that interests me more... and just the general vibe, maaaan.

Wonder how many people will not have the cash due to the problems with BACS this weekend?

I'm there with Tort saying that out of the 400k people there will be a lot of late risers, people forgetting, people who now cant afford it, blah blah. Lots of them will be just unable to go, registration carries no associated cost, so people did coz they could.

1st April, 155 quid focuses the mind...

I've just booked lovely Wickerman (£155 for both of us and van) so it's not the end of the world if we don't get tickets on Sunday. :)

The line up looks alright, but Glastonbury isn´t really the best place to see bands ime. I don´t think many people go for the music anyway.

I just got up to put the money in a mates' account to pay for my ticket

I have no idea what the lineup is, dwyer.
