sure you closed the disc / burned it / didn't fuck it up like an idiot hippy?
Option c) is always possible, but I have a feeling the heat on the wed/thursday fucked it - the actual disk was hot to the touch in my tent at one point :D

ooooh !!! are playing twice, those guys live are pretty damn good, and scotch egg band...has anyone seen scotch egg with the three drummers...is it as fucking great as it sounds?

Tinariwen clash w Shirley Bassey.

I'm not sure whether to go and see the good band or have a silly, implausible artist at Glastonbury sunday moment....

beirut are on right after Tinariwen, which kinda seals it for me. Bassey will be a laugh, but i'm dead keen to see both the other two..

<cue everyone who hasn't had theirs yet having a mild panic> :D
:D :D Every bloody morning I step into me porch and look vainly at the free newspaper-covered floor, only to be disappointed yet again, with a rising sense of panic

yeah, not missing beirut, and don't fancy missioning it over from the pyramid straight after shirley so its tinariwen all the way for me.

Now that's a damned shame, Tinariwen were our surprise faves of 2005. Still, seen 'em before so it's Madame La Bassey for us for a bit of tongue-in-cheekery :)

Just picked up my copy of the Guardian - first thing I looked for was to see if Bellowhead and The Who clash. They do :(

Though according to the times The Who start 45mins before Bellowhead so might catch the first bit of their set then peg it over to the Avalon stage to see Bellowhead.

Or, might cut my losses and see if I can see Bellowhead somewhere else - probably cheaper/easier than trying to see The Who somewhere else!

Now to look at the rest...

gogol Bordello on the Pyramid stage.. jesus, that's going to be mental

That's going to be rather good, I think :D

You really do have to drink an enormous amount of alcohol beforehand to appreciate them properly, I find...

i dunno, i'd rather see GB on a smaller stage - not possible i know - because the main stage really lacks atmosphere for bands like that

yeah but the pit down the front's going to be scary. I had to get out of the crowd at the academy....

They'll give good telly though - it'll definitely end up on some show with Fearne Cotton being wank on it.
