I understand the paranoia but these came from a contact within Festival Information Services so I would consider them fairly reliable.

Finally got thru on the international line and the woman kindly told me it had sold out

Seems as though that's the case on all the phone lines now. Sorry folks. :(

They will release more tickets later on. And you can volunteer and get a FREE ticket, hot dinners and showers, CLEAN toilets and secure camping. It was a really good laugh last year when I couldnt get a ticket. Wateraid and F.O.E are two charities I have known to do it. Network recycling are always looking for litter pickers....

Dreading the answer to this, but when people booked, did you receive a confirmation number on the page? Starting to shit bricks about me following a blag link...

My confirmation page says this "Your reference number will be emailed to you along with confirmation of your order
Please allow at least 4 hours for this to be delivered."

Now Aloud.com says this "If your confirmation email has yet to arrive, but you saw a screen featuring a booking reference number after filling out your order form - you have booked Glastonbury 2005 tickets. Your confirmation email will arrive shortly."

"booking reference number"????????

I got the screen after I booked everything, saying I had tix, but no booking reference number and (more worryingly) no email from aloud yet... :(

Don't panic. Very few e-mails have been received yet. The booking ref bit looks like another Aloud cock up. There was no such thing on the confirmation screen.

What  We didn't get a booking reference number. It said "you have ordered 2 adult 16+ tickets"

Paranoia setting in....

Ok keep calm, I just called through on phone line and they confirmed I have got booking even tho did not get ref on confirmation screen. yay :)

im told my booking ref is my postcode. which is a bit of a bugger really because i dont have anything actually writted down or official saying im definitely going to glastonbury. im a pessimist too

Just after I ordered the tickets the confirmation screen came up but it didnt show any ref numbers, but it did say the stuff i had ordered...and i got an e mail, which said the ref numbers...
Does this mean the money has already been transferred, im still worrying as i entered the wrong issue number, dont want it to be cancelled...would they just cancel it, or is the issue number not even important if eveything else is entered correctly...

We've just had our confirmation email arrive in Stig's inbox!!! :D

And our original confirmation on aloud did not feature a reference number, if thats any reassurance ....

Good luck to feyr, Istari, Deus, LDR and others who weren't successful ...

Heading for pub very soon :p
