Its ridicules!!! I"m watching on the TV and it was clear to me they should have brought Lewis in under the safety-car and sent him out on fresh tyres, it was a double win for them because of his penalty.

Mercedes can do their post mortem, but it was one of those completley random races. All the dice thrown in the air, and Michael Fish and Isaac Newton firmly in charge. Shit happens.

I understand, but bringing Lewis in under the safety-car seemed so obvious to me, his penalty would have been less in track time and he could have been on the slicks at just the right time, I don't understand how Mercedes didn't see that

I was also trying to command Toto to bring Hammy in by telepathic communication - well, shouting at the TV. Overall, Mercedes made some poor choices, and executed the choices they did make poorly.

I can't help but feel that if Toto didn't have an interest in Ocon's career, Botty wouldn't be in an ejector seat.
