He didn't even have a sniper rifle, this was all fantasy stuff he had in notebooks...seemed to think if he bumped off the lizard family he'd become king . He was also seeing a mental health social worker . More disturbing was the chemicals he was buying though ..that was potentially dangerous . Very sad and disturbed chap by the sounds of it . Researched cannibalism as well .

I read in vice that he wanted to bring in a ginger dawn by getting Prince Harry nearer to the throne.
Shame, the guy is clearly delusional and not sufficiently purist enough to believe Prince Harry is an actual ginger.

It seems that this guy was largely a fantasist - but it would of been "interesting" if he had been able to take *that* shot (as in - actually had the rifle/sight and the ability to properly use it)
